Terms of sale
The rules for every order placed with AfrikCru, a studio of Fosia Ltd, Kigali, Rwanda. Last updated: 24 October 2026.
Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars and can be paid in the same amount in euros, or in your local currency through Mobile Money at the provider's exchange rate. Prices marked "from" are confirmed by a written quote.
Order and payment
An order is confirmed when you accept the quote and pay the deposit: 50% at order, 50% when you approve the final video. Monthly packs are paid at the start of each month. You can pay by Mobile Money (Fosia Pay), card (Stripe) or bank transfer. Every quote links to these terms: paying the deposit means you accept them.
What you send us
You confirm you have the rights to the logos, texts, photos, videos and music you send us. Delivery times count in business days from the day we have everything we need.
Approvals and changes
You approve the script and the storyboard before animation. Two rounds of changes are included; each extra round is $49. A change of brief after approval is a new quote.
Language
Each video is made in one language of your choice. Each extra language (voice and captions) is +25%.
Cru Story
Every video we make can become a 30-second Cru Story on AfrikCru's channels. We publish it only after you approve it. If your project must stay private, choose the confidential option (+25%): no Cru Story and no use in our portfolio.
Rights
Once the balance is paid, you may use the final video for your business, everywhere and without time limit. Source files are delivered only with the source files option (+20%). Third-party elements (stock music, fonts) follow their own licences.
Cancellation
You can cancel until you approve the script: the deposit is refunded, minus the payment fees. Once the script is approved, the work has started and the deposit is kept. Monthly packs stop whenever you ask, before the next month starts; the $440 a month rate requires 3 months.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Rwanda. In case of disagreement, we first look for an amicable solution; otherwise the courts of Kigali are competent. Contact: infos@fosiarw.com.
