Which currency do I pay in?
Prices are shown in US dollars (or the same amount in euros). You can pay by Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel…) through Fosia Pay, which converts to your currency, by card, or by bank transfer.
How do I pay?
50% when you order, 50% when you approve the final video. Monthly packs are paid at the start of each month.
In which language is my video made?
In the language you choose: English, French, Kinyarwanda, Swahili and more. One language is included; each extra language is +25%.
What if I do not like the result?
You approve the script and the storyboard before anything is animated, and two rounds of changes are included. You pay the balance only once you approve the final video.
What is a Cru Story?
Every video we make becomes a 30-second story on AfrikCru's channels: your brand, your challenge, how we made it. You approve it first. If you cannot be shown, choose the confidential option.
