Cru Partners terms

Joining

Anyone can apply, for free and with no sales quota. You give us accurate details and keep your Mobile Money number up to date. We review every application and may decline one without giving a reason.

What you earn

• 15% of the price before tax of a client's first order (videos, editing, packs) paid on afrikcru.com through your link or your code.
• 10% of each monthly plan payment, for the client's first 12 months.
• 30% of digital products and courses.
• Large contracts (Big Brand campaigns, framework contracts): 10% of the amounts we actually collect, confirmed in writing on the order.

A sale counts if it happens within 60 days of the click on your link; if several partner links were clicked, the last one counts. A sale made with your code is always yours, including orders that start on WhatsApp and are paid on the site with your code. Links are tracked only if the visitor accepts the partner cookie; codes work without cookies. You earn nothing on your own purchases.

When you are paid

Each commission is held for 14 days. A refunded or cancelled order cancels its commission. Approved commissions are paid each month, around the 5th, by Mobile Money once your balance reaches 10 US dollars; a smaller balance rolls over to the next month. Amounts are calculated in US dollars and paid in the currency of your Mobile Money number at the rate of the payout day. You declare and pay any tax on your commissions.

What is not allowed

• Buying ads on the words "AfrikCru" or on our domain names.
• Unsolicited messages, emails or comments (spam).
• Promising results: sales, followers, views or rankings.
• Posting your code on coupon or deal sites.
• Presenting yourself as AfrikCru or Fosia Ltd.
• Using our clients' films or brands without their written permission.

We may refuse commissions linked to fraud or to these rules, and end a partnership at any time. Commissions already approved for honest sales are still paid.

Your data

We keep your name, email, Mobile Money number, links and the sales they bring. Payouts go through Fosia Pay and its payment partner PawaPay. Clicks are kept 180 days with a hashed fingerprint, never your visitors' raw IP address. You can ask for a copy or the deletion of your data; payout records are kept as accounting documents.
